Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the full cost of the session will still apply.

Deposit Policy

To lovingly hold space for your upcoming treatment, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This gentle commitment allows us to prepare your session with care and intention.

Please note, we are only able to confirm appointments once this deposit has been received. By booking with us, you honor and agree to this sacred exchange.

Honoring Appointment Times

If you arrive late, we will lovingly do our best within the remaining time. However, to respect the appointments of others, your session may need to be shortened—and will still be billed at the full treatment price.
